How We Work Tutorial (CCG Info Drive): This is our internal document for group expectations and procedures. Good first stop for any questions.
Group Meeting Schedule: Updated for each semester.
CCG Wiki (CCG Info Drive): Also for internal Cognitive Computation Group use only. This is a download of the entire CCG Wiki from Illinois, frozen as of February 2020, when we stopped logging into Illinois servers. There is a pdf version with a comprehensive (and hyperlinked) Table of Contents. Some pages were transferred to the Team Drive at Penn and further updated; this is noted in their Wiki page titles.
Papers in Process
Papers & Research in Process folder: Contains submissions log, in-process presentation slides, writing guidelines, paper review sessions.
Submissions Log Spreadsheet: To update immediately after paper submission and upon acceptance/withdrawal/other change in status.
Updating the Website with Publications (within Tutorial): Getting all of the paper's components onto the website. Much of this is to be gathered upon submission and then finalized between paper acceptance and camera-ready date.

Resources (Data) Spreadsheet and Dataset Forms: To update, upon submission, with all datasets used, processed, and/or created.
GitHub/Publications Review Spreadsheet: To update once repository is ready to be reviewed.
BibTex Converter Tool: The web interface for a tool that will convert a BibTex entry to the BibTex format used by the group.
Overleaf Repository for Bib Files: An overleaf repository containing the most updated versions of ccg.bib and cited.bib to use in papers.
Acknowledgements Spreadsheet: Wording for grant and gift acknowledgements.

Demo Status Page: Monitors demos and allows auto-restart.
Demos Tutorial: Contains manual restart procedures and documentation.
Purchasing
Purchasing Folder: Contains procedures and documentation for group purchasing and reimbursement.
Web Content Documentation (for web devs)
Website Admin Interface: A link to the admin screen for updating content and uploading publication documents.
Web Development and Content Documentation (CCG Info Drive): Contains updated website documentation.
